The two complete bundles are the whole ritual in one order; their contents are listed on tahur.co.uk. The oil on its own is the simplest start. The Nila stone is ground at home; Nila powder is the same step, ready to mix.
Before you open the Nila
Nila stains. A shared bathroom or a white enamel bath needs the most care, so set up before you mix: gloves on, the worktop and the sink covered, or work in the bath. Rinse the bowl, the basin and your hands straight after; it marks ceramic, enamel and cloth if it dries, and can tint skin for a day or two if left on thick.
Patch test on the inner arm 48 hours before the first mask, and keep it off the eyes and off broken or irritated skin. If you are pregnant, ask your GP or midwife first. We found no published clinical study of Nila on skin, and we would rather tell you than sell you a promise.
