TahūR sells Moroccan hammam products online at tahur.co.uk. What we collect
When you order on tahur.co.uk: the details the checkout asks for, which are your name, email address, delivery and billing addresses and, where you give one, a phone number, together with what you ordered. Card payments are handled by the checkout's payment provider.
When you message us on Instagram or TikTok, or by email: your message and whatever details you choose to share.
When you visit this website: it has no accounts, no forms and no analytics as it is built today, and it sets no cookies of its own. Like any website, the server that delivers the pages receives technical details such as your IP address. Host and log retention: to be confirmed: the website host and how long it keeps logs.
Why we use it, and on what basis
- To take, send and look after your order: because it is needed for our contract with you.
- To keep tax and accounting records: because the law requires it.
- To answer your messages: because it is in our legitimate interests, and yours.
- To send you news and offers: only if you sign up for updates, with your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
Shopify, which runs our shop and checkout; the payment provider at checkout; and the delivery company that carries your parcel, to be confirmed: the delivery company. We do not sell your personal data.
Transfers outside the UK, and the safeguards that apply: to be confirmed: international transfers, for example by Shopify.
How long we keep it
