Who we are
These terms apply to everything you buy from TahūR on tahur.co.uk. The seller is to be confirmed: company name, company number to be confirmed: company number, registered at to be confirmed: registered address, VAT number to be confirmed: VAT number, if registered. Orders and the contract
When you place an order you are offering to buy. The contract between us is made when we accept your order: to be confirmed: the point of acceptance, for example the dispatch email. If we cannot accept your order, for example because an item is out of stock, we tell you and do not take payment, or refund it in full.
Prices
Prices are in pounds sterling and are shown on each product page. VAT: to be confirmed: whether prices include VAT. Delivery is added at checkout and shown before you pay. If a price is wrong, we tell you before your order is sent and you can choose whether to go ahead.
Delivery
Where we deliver, how much it costs and how long it takes are on the delivery and returns page. The items are your responsibility once they are delivered to the address you gave.
Cancelling within 14 days
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel within 14 days from the day your order arrives, without giving a reason. Tell us at to be confirmed: returns email, then send the items back within a further 14 days. We refund within 14 days of receiving them, including the standard delivery charge.
Sealed health and hygiene goods cannot be returned for a change of mind once they have been unsealed after delivery. That is why our returns cover unopened items.
Faulty goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If they are not, you can reject them within 30 days for a full refund; after that you are entitled to a replacement or, if that is not possible, a refund. Nothing in these terms affects these rights.
Using the products
Follow the instructions on the product page and on the ritual card. Patch test anything new, and keep products off broken or irritated skin. Nila and turmeric stain: rinse surfaces and cloth straight after use. Our products are cosmetics, not medicines.
Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
Gift cards

The law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your own courts.
