Every order is placed and paid for on tahur.co.uk, our shop on Shopify. This website is a preview of the new TahūR site and does not take orders: every Buy button opens the product on tahur.co.uk.
Delivery

Gift cards

Changing your mind: 14 days
We take back unopened items within 14 days. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you want to cancel, and then a further 14 days to send the items back. We refund you within 14 days of receiving them back, including the standard delivery charge you paid.
The law lets a shop exclude sealed health and hygiene goods once they have been unsealed after delivery. Skincare is used on the skin, which is why our change-of-mind returns cover unopened items. This does not affect your rights if something is faulty.

If something arrives faulty or damaged
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, what you buy must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If it is not, you can reject it within 30 days for a full refund. After that, you are entitled to a replacement or, if that is not possible, a refund.
